An old Sologne farmhouse nicely restored, La Vigerie can accommodate 12 to 14 people in a quiet and preserved environment, on the edge of the Bruadan forest.

The estate is a privileged place: in the middle of nature, it is an ideal place to rest from the tumults of urban life and enjoy the charm of Sologne with family or friends.

> Housing
As for sleeping, the Vigerie has 3 master suites (double bedroom with bed 160 and bathroom or shower with toilet). Two of the suites are on the ground floor and one of them has a walk-in shower, which makes it accessible to people with reduced mobility (the doors are wide, access to the cottage is on the same level).
Upstairs, in addition to the 3rd master suite, a dormitory with 6 single beds and its en-suite bathroom will delight your children :-)
A sofa bed located in the video corner (on the landing) will allow you to accommodate two additional guests.

On the convivial side, the large living room has a living room (fireplace) and a large dining table (open kitchen).
In winter, you will enjoy meeting by the fire (wood available) and in summer, you can enjoy the charm of the terrace shaded by wisteria.

A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, changing table) as well as a toilet with washbasin complete the equipment.

The cottage has a television and WiFi access (4G box). However, you can unplug it if you prefer peace and quiet ;-)

The (unfenced) garden of 1700 m2 is exclusively reserved for you. It has garden furniture, a barbecue, a swing set (reserved for children under 25 kg).
The house has a private outdoor swimming pool, open and heated from May to the end of September.
An outdoor SPA (heated to 37°) can be booked on request (contact us).
You can also walk in the adjoining forest (50 ha). Maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a squirrel, a hare or a roe deer?

Bed linen and/or towels can be booked (extra charge).
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, potty, bathtub, etc
The presence of a dog is possible (contact us).
Non-smoking house.
Deposit of 1400 euros.

No rental for festive purposes (bachelor or bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.).
Meetings, family and friendly holidays welcome, with respect for the place.

> Passenger access
Close to the castles of the Loire (30 minutes from Chambord and Cheverny), the ZooParc de Beauval, the Maison de la Vigerie is 3 km from Millançay and 12 km from Romorantin-Lanthenay (where all shops and services can be found).

> Other notes
The capacity on the estate is 31 people, with a second cottage (La Métairie). Possibility of privatizing the entire site with the two houses.
Be careful, however: neither of the two cottages allows you to dine all together.
